About Beth

Involved in sales and working with the public in diverse fields, Beth Chatland brings years of savvy experience to SageRealtor Group buyers and sellers.

Prior to joining the SageRealtor Group, Beth was a Sales Agent for the world-class development of Cape Harbour in Cape Coral, Florida. There she gained valuable experience with new construction, pre-construction contracts and sales contracts, and high-end interior design. Additionally, she brings experience in the para-legal field and insurance sales.

Born in Cornwall, Ontario and raised in the upstate New York in town of Fort Covington, Beth raised horses and was active in area biking, skiing, hiking, and canoeing. She attended high school at St. Joseph’s Ursuline Academy in Malone, NY and business school in Massena, NY, and she attended college at Mater Dei College in Ogdensburg, NY.

Beth moved to Naples, Florida permanently in 1995 and worked in the sales department for Prudential Florida Realty and worked for Mercedes Benz in the Finance & Insurance department. She has raised two children, Israel and Roxanne, and she has three granddaughters, all living in Naples. Beth lives on the waterfront in Cape Coral and enjoys boating, fishing, and golf.

As a seasoned professional in the field of real estate and with her extensive experience in new construction projects, Beth offers in-depth area knowledge and product knowledge to her clients.
